If you are participanting at the 2007 World Series of Poker Main Event tournament for the first time, it is normal to be intimidated, especially with the 10,000 participants that Harrah's is expecting to attend.
You will also be facing the top poker pros that you have watched on television. As the date for the 2007 World Series approaches, you are wondering how you can survive the pressure that you are feeling in order to at least have some shot at winning the million dollars prize or taking home some cash.
The World Series of Poker Academy, which is a series of seminars regarding the game of poker, has announced a main event seminar to help first timers and even seasoned poker players prepare for the 2007 WSOP Main Event.
The 3 day poker seminar will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas Nevada from July 3-5, 2007, 2 days before the 2007 WSOP Main Event starts. Top Poker Pros, such as Phil Hellmuth, Greg Raymer and Joe Hachem, will be teaching the seminar.
The 3 day seminar will include top poker lessons, a VIP Night at the PURE Nightclub establishment and participation at 2 private poker tournaments. The winner of the tournament will receive a slot at the Main Event with a buy-in cost of $10,000.
Jeff Goldenberg from Post Oak Productions, the organization which handles the WSOP Academy said that this would be a great event.
