Ali Tekintamgac defeated Roberto Santiago on May 24th, 2010 to take home the 2010 WPT Spanish Championship title. Tekintamgac won a total of 315,000 euros.

Victorino Torres defeated Chong Cheong to take home the 2010 PokerStars APPT Macau title. Torres won a total of $3,426,200 HKD.

FSN won the right to broadcast the World Team Poker tournament. The first event of the World Team Poker happened on May 19th, 2010 at the Golden Nugget.

Doyle Brunson is currently in 3rd place at the Players Championship at the 2010 WSOP. Russian Alexander Kostritsyn is the current chip leader.
