The champion of the HPT Event in Iowa is Donny Carlton. Carlton won a total of $85,000 in cash prizes.

The High Stakes Poker Tournament IV will begin taping on November 5th, 2007. Some of the biggest names in the poker circuit will be competing in the event.

Israeli Ziv Bachar is the winner of the APPT Korea event. He defeated Jozef Berec in the final showdown in the event.

The 4th year of the Scotty Nguyen Poker Challenge will start on November 1st, 2007. The Cherokee Casino will be the host ewof the poker challenge.

Michael Haggard recently finished in 1st place at the Heartland Poker Tour in Colorado. He defeated five other players to take home $129,780.

Jamie Gold, Antonio Esfandiari,Phil Laak, Jennifer Tilly and Robert Williamson III will participate at the GBPT event. The event will have a prize pool of $500,000.

The EPT Dublin for the Simon Poker Charity takes place on November 3rd, 2007. Some of the biggest poker names will join the event like last year's champion Noel Furlong.

The APPT will bring the first ever poker event in China, in Macau on November 27th, 2007. President Haas said that they are committed to spreading poker all over Asia.
