The WSOP Academy to Hold Seminar in Atlantic City

The world series of poker Academy, a series of poker seminars held in cities across the United States and featuring teachers like 11th WSOP champion Phil Hellmuth and Greg Raymer announced that they will hold a two-day seminar in Atlantic City on December 1st, 2007 to December 2nd, 2007 before the World Series of Poker Circuit Event at Harrah's casino in Atlantic City.

Jeff Goldenberg, the producer of the World Series of Poker Academy said that they are excited to hold the event again because of the success of their first WSOP Academy seminar. Aside from Hellmuth, Alex Outhred, Joe Navarro and others will also be teaching at the seminar. This will be the first poker seminar by Joe Navarro on the East Coast.

Navarro worked for the FBI for 25 years at the bureau's counterintelligence division. Aside from the poker instruction, the seminar also offers an authentic poker experience which will give players the chance to play poker against other players in a tournament.

The winner of the event will win a $5,000 seat to the Main Event of the 2008 World Series of Poker Circuit Tournament in Atlantic City. One of the participants at the seminar last year was Sally Ann Boyer. Boyer won the 2007 World Championship Ladies Event.
