Although Sexton will be the headliner for the event, the bets at PartyBets shows a 16-1 odds in favor of Irish Poker Open champion Neil Channing, while Mike Sexton has 28-1 odds in his favor.

Forty-five year old former Sidcup wagering shop owner Anthony Hardy was the champion for last year's event. Some of the members of the final table last year include Ian Cox, Ram Vaswani, David Rudling, Ian Frazer and Ian Woodley, who finished in 2nd place behind Hardy.
Some of the poker players that poker fans should watch out for are Nick Slade, the champion of the PartyPoker.com European Open IV event, Theo Jorgensen, Ian Frazer, Ross Boatman, Marty Smyth, Roberto Romanello, Jon Kalmar, Jon Margil and others.
