Poker After Dark Tournament on NBC

On October 8th, 2007, poker enthusiasts certainly enjoy some tough competition and a lot of money as well-known names in the tournament fight it out in the latest staging of NBC's Poker After Dark.

Some of the participants at the tournament are Phil Ivey, David Benyamine and Eli Elezra, all of whom paid the $50,000 to participate in one of the largest tournament on NBC. This time, the prizes are bigger and the champion of the event is likely to win $300,000.

The tournament has been very popular with players from the poker industry especially those people that have a lot of guts. A poker player can win a lot of money if they are fearless and skillful in this game.

The losers will take home nothing, adding to the excitement of the event. Five of the six players in the event are world series of poker winners and all of the players have a combined tournament wins of more than $25 million.

Some of the other players in the tournament are Allen Cunningham, Jennifer Harman and Barry Greenstein. The match will air for five consecutive nights in the sane slot. There will be a director's cut on October 13th, 2007 at 1:00 a.m.
