Greg Mueller Hopes Momentum Will Help Him in the 2009 WSOP Main Event

With a pair of WSOP bracelet in the 2009 WSOP and a considerable stack in the WSOP Main Event, poker player Greg "FBT" Mueller is having the time of his life at the WSOP. Pushed by his two bracelet wins in the last month, Mueller stated on July 8th, 2009 that he has never been more prepared for a good run at the 2009 WSOP Main Event.

He added that his two wins gave him the confidence that he needed. Mueller had close calls in past WSOP's. Despite winning a substantial amount of money, two runner-up finishes in the last 2 years left him more determined to win a bracelet. Mueller won the $1,500 Limit Holdem Shootout and the $10,000 Limit Holdem world championship aside from a 3rd final table in the $10,000 Seven Card Stud poker event.

Those 3 cash- ins added a total of $709,365 to the poker pro's substantial bankroll. Mueller said that he would love to keep his momentum in the Main Event. He added that poker players love participating in the WSOP Main Event and it is one of the most important events in the poker calendar. Mueller said that he hopes that he will do well in the event.
