Strip Poker To Be Included in World Series of Poker

On April 15th, 2008, the world series of poker(WSOP), which is held every year in Las Vegas, has improved tremendously over the past years, thanks to the television coverage that it was given. For the first time in its history, the officials of the WSOP have decided to offer an event that people have been requesting for a long time now -- strip poker.

An official of the WSOP said that they have been thinking about putting up the event for a long time and they have decided now is the right time. Aside from the event, there is also a No-Limit Texas Holdem and Omaha Holdem event as well as a 7-card stud event. The strip poker event will feature a $500 buy-in cost for the strip poker event and the winners will be the players that will still have a piece of clothing in their table.

There will be no limit on the players that can participate, so each gaming table can have a winner until the final eight players is decided. If a player decides that they do not want to play anymore before the game is decided will pay a $250 exit fee.
