The Start of the Five Diamond World Poker Classic

On November 26th, 2007, the Bellagio Hotel and Casino is famous for their AAA Five-Diamond Award, so it is no surprise that the Hotel and Casino's poker tournaments are also considered to be top class.

The current tournament that the Bellagio Casino is hosting is the Five Diamond World Poker Classic which will first feature the twelve preliminary events before the $15,000 buy-in cost world poker tour Doyle Brunson Classic Championship.

All of the poker events are no-limit holdem poker and will start at noon. The first poker event has a $1,590 buy-in cost and players can join the satellite event. The $15,000 World Poker Classic main event will start on December 12th, 2007.

There are super satellite event that will be held on December 2nd, 2007, Sunday at 12:00 noon, December 9th, 2007, Sunday at 1:00 p.m., December 10th, 2007 and December 11th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. and December 12th, 2007, Wednesday at 10:p.m. Last year, about 583 players participated on the event and 2005 world series of poker champion Joseph Hachem won the $2.1 million first prize money and the WPT Title. He defeated Mads Andersen, Daniel Negreanu and David Redlin.
