Seminole Hard Rock Casino Offers Different Poker Events

On January 21st, 2008, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino awarded fifty-nine bad beat jackpots in 2008 which amounted to over $5 million. The current 4 of a kind promotion is being extended by the Seminole casino until February 2009. Starting at 10:00 a.m. everyday, the first 25 players who are give a four of a kind or better hand will get a free entry into the next Saturday's Super Saturday event.

The entry is worth $100 and $5,000 cash is guaranteed for the first place finisher and a $15,000 cash pool. The first three weeks of the poker event, there was an average of more than three hundred fifty players per event, a thirty thousand cash pool and the winners have each taken home more than $8,000. The Seminole Hard Rock Casino will also be holding super satellite tournaments every Friday and Saturday at 4:00 p.m. beginning February 1st, 2009 entry fee $100. Single table satellites will also be available for this poker event beginning February 1st, 2009.

Last year's Extravaganza was a blockbuster, with the first place winner receiving $170,700. The regular weekly events have been improved beginning this year, every tournament participant begins with more chips and the length of the blind levels has been improved. The player reaction to these new developments has been positive one. The Seminole Hard Rock continues to pay $100 to every poker player that is given a royal flush in clubs, diamonds and hearts and $500 for every spade royal flush given.

The results of that week's Super Saturday tournament can also be sent upon request. February 6th, 2009 is the Texas Holdem Brandon Foundation Charity tournament at 3:00 p.m. and the entry cost is only $250. The weekend of April 3rd, 2009 until April 5th, 2009, the Seminole Hard Rock will have the Spring Poker Extravaganza for a $1,100 entry fee, a maximum number of 600 participants and a guaranteed first place cash prize of $100,000.
