Piers Shepperson, Titan Poker Pick Your Tournament Winner, To Play In WPT

Titan poker will be represented by Slough resident Piers Shepperson at the upcoming World Poker Finals that is slated to take place November 11 and 14th at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.

Shepperson was the lucky winner of the seat at Titan Poker's world poker tour "Pick Your Tournament" series.

Outstanding poker players are awarded seats at the prestigious WPT tournaments taking place across the US with the "Pick Your Tournament" series. The tournament package is worth $12,000, and the choice of date and destination is entirely up to the winner.

Shepperson, a.k.a. BlindWombat, is the second player from Titan Poker to win the "Pick Your Tournament" series. Shepperson had only been playing at Titan Poker for less than a year when he got lucky.

"I feel really great about winning the World Poker Tour 'Pick Your Tournament.' I am very keen to play in a WPT Tournament for the first time and represent Titan Poker at such an exciting event," said the elated Shepperson, who will be playing for the first time in the WPT.

Titan Poker players still have three more chances to "pick" their seats at the WPT. Three remaining satellites will be taking place over the next few months.
