Some of the best known players in the National Hockey League Player's Association (NHLPA) will try to bump each other out on the poker table at the PartyPoker.net Charity Faceoff.
These hockey greats will all be competing against each other in the name of charity.
The new 60-minute TSN series will be shown in 7 parts, and it is set to premiere on December 16th.
PartyPoker.net's Charity Faceoff features 16 current and former NHL players vying for a slice of the CDN $100,000 purse. The money will then go to the winning NHLer's charity of choice.

The TV special will be hosted by TV and radio sports personality Blake Price. The show will also feature commentary by TSN's Russ Anber, while player interviews will be conducted by actress Elisha Cuthbert.
13 charities stand the chance of being beneficiary of the prize in the tournament including NHLPA's Goals and Dreams Fund, a charity program that donates money to grassroots hockey programs.
The winner of the PartyPoker.net Charity Faceoff will see his charity of choice awarded CDN $20,000. Second placer will get CDN $10,000 for his charity of choice while the rest will receive CDN $5,000 for their charities.
