The event number seven was the very first non-no limit holdem poker event and it attracted a total of 323 players. The $300 buy-in holdem poker tournament event had a total prize pool of $96,000.
John Dashtara won over $28,000 for finishing in first place. The remodeled shootout poker event, event number eight, gave lone table specialists a chance to show off their stuff. About 550 poker players paid the $300 buy-in cost for the event. Jose Severino was given over $47,000 of the $165,000 pool for his triumph in the event.

David Zeitlin won the event and was awarded $68,000. Zeitlin was also able to cash out in event Number two, which is a $500 buy-in cost no limit holdem poker event.
