
Doyle Brunson and his son, Todd Brunson take part on the APT Macau Event, on August 27th, 2008. The Asian Poker Tour event in Macau is now only two weeks away and with the presence of Doyle and Todd Brunson, the level of competition has been improved a notch. The father and son tandem of Doyle Brunson and Todd Brunson. The pair have 11 world series of poker bracelets between them and almost $9 million in career earnings between them.
The Brunson's participated the event together with several other poker professionals like J.C. Tran, Nam Le, Quinn Do, Asian Poker Tour Philippines champion David Saab at the Galaxy StarWorld Hotel and Casino for the $5,300 buy-in cost event, which features a $1.5 million guaranteed cash pool.
An additional incentive for these poker professionals in making the trip to Macau is the high stakes poker event during APT Macau. The minimum buy-in cost is at HKD$1,000,000 or $128,000. Doyle Brunson also hosted a book signing in Macau. Team Bodog also send a team to the APT Macau, who went against the biggest names in the poker industry.
